Flat rate shipping is $12 CAD.

United States
Flat rate shipping is $15 CAD.

International
Shipping for international orders is calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada
Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days after dispatch.

United States
Estimated delivery is 3–6 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary during launches, holidays, promotional periods, or due to courier delays outside of our control.

 

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SUAV is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to your shipping address or cancellation of your order.

 

International Orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Lost or Marked as Delivered Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
