Shipping
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Express shipping is a flat rate of $12. Orders over $125 ship free.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. US shipping is a flat rate of $12 CAD, same as Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will delivery take?
Once shipped, Canadian and US orders should arrive within 5 to 6 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of perfume and deodorant.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@suavactivewear.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. Your 14 day window begins once we reply.
Are all items eligible for return?
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes socks and any items marked final sale at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Size exchanges are accepted within 14 days following the same conditions as returns.
Discounts
Do you offer a welcome discount?
Yes. Subscribe to our newsletter and receive 15% off your first order.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
My discount code isn't working. What should I do?
Email us at hello@suavactivewear.com and we'll sort it out.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit?
Most SUAV pieces are true to size. Specific fit notes are listed on each product page.
What if I am between sizes?
It depends on the piece. Check the Size & Fit section on each product page for a specific recommendation.
