Returns & Exchanges
Every SUAV piece is designed to feel right from the moment it arrives. If something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and quality reasons, all returns are inspected before approval.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please log in or create an account at account.suavactivewear.com.
Once your request has been approved by our team, we’ll send your return instructions by email.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
For your convenience, we can provide a return label using our business shipping rates. Return labels are $10 with GLS or up to $15 with Purolator. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Please keep your postage tracking details, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or sent without tracking.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items discounted by 20% or more, including promo code discounts, or on gift cards.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour, we’re happy to help with an exchange, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email hello@suavactivewear.com with your order number, your original item, and the item, size, or colour you would prefer instead.
You’ll need to return your original item first. Once it has been received and approved, we’ll ship your exchange item at our cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
