Canada: 3 - 4 working days

USA: 5 - 7 working days

International: 7 - 10 working days

There will be no customs and duties on Canadian and US orders. We are not responsible for customs or duty charges incurred on international orders.

• We accept returns on all full-priced and up to 20% off items purchased via our online store.

• Items that are more than 20% off can be exchanged or returned for store credit (no refund).

• To initiate your return, please contact us at hello@suavactivewear.com with your order number and reasons for return.

• In order for the item to be eligible for store credit/exchange, the item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed (be free of perfume, make-up and deodorant). The item must be in its original/undamaged packaging. 

• We do not cover the cost of return shipping and original shipping paid cannot be refunded.

• For health and hygiene reason, the following items are final sale and ineligible for returns or exchange : Crew Socks, Mini Crew Socks.

• Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs. Original and return shipping fees will not be credited.

• All return emails must be submitted within 15 days of purchasing.
