Delivery time

Canada: 3 - 4 working days

USA: 5 - 7 working days

International: 7 - 10 working days

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes once the package arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these costs, as they vary depending on the destination country and order value.

For U.S. orders, as of August 29, 2025, the $800 USD duty-free threshold is no longer in place. This means all shipments may be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of order value. For international orders, please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, all returns are carefully inspected.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Please keep your postage tracking, as we can’t be responsible for lost or untracked items. Once your request is approved by our team, we’ll provide the return address via email. Returns that don’t meet the requirements above may not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for faulty items.

Holiday Return Policy

Orders purchased between 13th November – 24th December can be returned up until 14th January, as long as the items meet the return eligibility criteria outlined above.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on sale items (items with 20%+ discounts, including promo codes) or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to stock availability).

You’ll first send your original item back to us. Once received and approved, we’ll ship out your exchange item at our charge.

To request an exchange, contact us at hello@suavactivewear.com with your order number and the item/size you’d like instead.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
